These are my final outcomes on my Ministry of Sound posters, i am very happy with my designs, i like the colors i have used for each poster, starting with green, blue and lastly red. i like how the speakers leak down the page giving my designs a unusual look. also how the boom box starts from the top left corner, then to the middle and then lastly to the bottom right. i think this gives my posters a more profetional look. i also like how my text has been layered out, i didn't want them to look the same on each poster so i decided to make them in different angles and places to look sharp. i love how i created my ministry of sound logo using a camera on a tripod and a projector in a dark room and taking a picture of each part of the logo while the projector was getting pushed forward each time. by doing this it has given my logo a three diminutional look. lastly my black scrupled up paper looks really effective and unusual. by doing this it has made my posters stand out and look like its actually been scrupled up. what i have learned in this brief is how to structure a poster and this has boosted up my confidence in making more posters like these. also i really enjoyed making my logo in the dark room, this has taught me how to create pictures using a very slow shutter speed in the dark room, this is called painting with light. i wish i had a little more time to do this brief because i would love to but more detail in each of my posters and more time on my text layout. but overall i am very pleased with my final outcome.

poster background
this is going to be my background for my ministry on sound posters, i simply did this by having a scrupled up paper texture inverted it so it went to black paper and changed the contrast and brightness to get a nice black textured paper, this will work well for my poster.

Digital Skills photoshop
Last week in the digital skills lesson i started in Illustrator using the type tool to create a 'M' and adjusted the font to make it nice and bold. Then i placed my name in the letter in different angles and sizes to fill up the letter. When that was done i moved my letter into Photoshop to give the letter a nice textured background, this is where i learned allot on how to use textures. when this was done it gave the image a nice finishing touch to it. (i didnt have enough time in the lesson to fill up the hole 'M' with my name so iv unfortunately only did a little bit, but iv still learned the basicsand it looks cool)

this is my NHS logo i created, i thought it would be cool to use hands as a picture frame to represent the shutter lens. i think it has worked quite well but i think the thumbs look weird but still shows what i was trying to show. also the colours i have used work well, the pink and blue are really soft nice colors.
